Serenity

I've been outside for so long.
All alone where the music belongs
I have been holding my breath.
Praying the moon, talking to the dead

All above it’s happening outside
Our children were thrown in the river
By the raged crowd in a catharsis
They burned you and strangled me.

Memories from another fortunate life
Animals are protecting me against them.
Serenity darling more than any other things
I found that in-beneath your skin.

It all seems that everything was for me.
Whispering wind and secret run in the nights.
Walking on water while you were there
Where do you come from? where do you go?

Serenity such a secret reality
Disappearing into the nights
I don't need my spirit anymore.
Tomorrow I will be lying on the floor.
